Doubtless Bay Villas offers chic and luxurious accommodation, uninterrupted, panoramic ocean views and nearby beach access on a private and peaceful slice of far Northland coastline. Situated overlooking the golden, sandy beaches of Cable Bay, Doubtless Bay Villas is located only minutes from Mangonui, Coopers Beach and several other pohutukawa fringed beaches of Doubtless Bay (approx 1 hour north of Paihia).

The extensive, landscaped grounds feature colourful native and subtropical plants. Guest facilities include an all weather tennis court. The 25, almost identical villas, all with spectacular views over the ocean, offer one bedroom suites and two and three bedroom apartments. Each villa is built over three levels. The lower floor is a self-contained suite, such as you would find in a five star hotel. The middle floor has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge which open on to a large balcony. The top floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Villas are twin keyed to allow dual occupancy and each villa has a single carport.
